Important Information Regarding Hurricane Florence
As many of you are aware, Hurricane Florence made landfall in North Carolina Friday and is expected to continue inland and Northeast bringing heavy rainfall to several states over the next several days. The safety and security of our residents and team members continue to be our top priority. We are taking all the necessary steps and precautions for our residents, and will closely monitor any changes to the storms’ path that may affect our communities.
At this time, ALL OF OUR RESIDENTS ARE SAFE and COMMUNITIES ARE OPERATING BUSINESS AS USUAL.

Friday, September 14, 2018, at 10:00 PM: All of our communities continue to operate business as usual. No damage has been reported and our residents continue to be safe and secure with our team members.
Saturday, September 15, 2018, at 8:00 AM: Our communities have reported heavy rain and wind but no significant change from yesterday. Business continues to operate as usual.
Saturday, September 15, 2018, at 9:00 PM: All warnings have been dropped and there is no more rain forecast around our Oakleaf Village At Lexington community. No other changes have been reported and all communities continue to operate business as usual.
Sunday, September 16, 2018, at 11:00 AM: Our South Carolina communities continue to experience rain and wind but no significant change from yesterday. All warnings have been dropped around our Oakleaf Village At Greenville community. No other changes have been reported and all communities continue to operate business as usual.
Sunday, September 16, 2018, at 8:00 PM: Hurricane Florence has been downgraded to a tropical storm. Despite some rain and wind, all of our communities are operating business as usual.
Monday, September 17, 2018, at 9:00 AM: All of our communities continue to operate business as usual. Rain and wind have been reported but no damage at this time. Our residents continue to be safe and secure with our team members.
- Tuesday, September 18, 2018, at 9:00 AM: It is business as usual for all our communities today. We have been fortunate to avoid any damage from Hurricane Florence. We will continue to monitor the tropical storm as it moves northeast along the coast.
